I remember when I was shy and I didn't want to show my slide to the class, but my advice is to be brave and get some friends to help you and you would be fine also get some air outside for a little bit. Hi Charlotte here! What i would do in this situation is That i would take some deep breaths and read what i have written first then try to present! Or you could still take the deep breaths and tell the teacher that you just want a little more time till it's your turn and in that time you could ask to read a book! Bye🎉🐴👍!

Kia Ora room 25, My name is Milo from room twenty five. If i was nervous i would take a deep breathe and think about happy stuff and you might feel better. If you feel like you are going to do a bad job think of what it would be like doing a great job. In my opinion i think that relaxing your body or doing some physical exercise's might help you slow down your thoughts. If you have a growth mindset you will be ready to GO! If you sometimes don't wanna do something you could change your mind and tell the teacher that you don't want to present anymore. Anyways, Thats all from me! bLoG yA lAtEr! Milo
