Kia ora Room 25! It's Poppy here and I think that how you get out of the yellow zone and move back to green, is do some calming things such as: Water, food, get some fresh air or even just talk to someone. If I felt annoyed being told of by my teacher when it was your friend talking and want to go back into the green zone I would be by myself for a while then take deep breaths and count to ten. I would also want to do some mindful activities to take my mind of the thing that has happened. What would you do if you were annoyed and wanted to go back to the green zone? Thanks for sharing! If i got into the yellow zone from my friend talking and me getting told off i would go ask if i could go outside to take a deep breath of fresh air and to get some water. Kia Orana room 25, My name is Milo from room 25. If i was felling agro and unhappy that my friend was making a loud noise and my teacher thought it was me i would take a few deep breathes and do my work so i could fell better about myself. If you do the right thing your teacher might catch you being good and before you know it you will get a certificate. I remember when my teacher told me off because i was being really loud i felt bad but when i did my work i felt like my teacher was proud of me because i was doing my work. Maybe next time you could make a sad feeling question on your blog. Have you ever felt like your teacher was getting mad at you for no reason? Thanks for sharing your blog, bLoG yA lAtEr!
